All prices quoted on the product pages include both statutory VAT and other price components. There are additional shipping costs, which we will of course always keep as low as possible.

Orders within the UK

Free shipping for luggage and orders starting at £150. For all other orders within the UK a flat shipping rate of £20 applies. The fee charged for return shipping is 5£. Exceptions apply to certain territories, for which international shipping rates apply.

Orders outside the EU/UK

The exact shipping costs for delivery outside the EU/UK will be calculated based on weight and the destination country in the second step of the check-out. The final cost will be shown to you at the checkout (all applicable taxes and duties included). An overview for most countries is given below. Delivery Information

Incoming orders are processed within 24 hours on weekdays and will be dispatched immediately. Our standard shipping within the EU/UK takes a total of 2 to 6 working days, outside the EU/UK shipping takes 6 to 8 working days.
